Update – Tilly Bean has found her forever home!

Tilly Bean came to RVHS May May 13th, completely matted and with a broken spirit.  Now she is transformed into a happy dog – ready for her furever home!  Come visit with her and spend some time – she wags her tail, but is very shy and unsure of herself — she needs some one to love her!
